If you have a pantry, you know the struggle. You have the space, but how do you utilize it? Are your shelves shallow or deep? Do you have enough shelves, are they adjustable? What do I put where? There are a lot of questions when it comes to this space. 🍏First and foremost think about how you live. Are you always on the go, do you like cooking? Will you put appliances in here? 🍐Next group all like items into categories and asses the volume of each one. 🫑Then decide on products like bins, baskets and turntables. (you should also measure your space, especially the depth of your shelves) 🥦After that you’ll start trying out different configurations to see how everything fits together. There’s always trial and error and changing your mind. 🥑Live with it for a bit and make adjustments accordingly. It doesn’t have to be perfect right out of the gate. TRUTH, TRUTH, TRUTH! 🔴There’s a lot of us who make our lives harder by agonizing over everything. This can really take down an organizing mission. We get attached to things that are sentimental or just things we spent money on and it feels hard to part with. (like a bejeweled crown👑) Of course we don’t like waste either, but the money has been spent and it’s gone, so if you aren’t using something then it’s of no use. So many items can be donated or join your local buy nothing group and let someone else make use of it. Suppose some of that is the cheery color, but let’s attribute the rest to the supreme organization we pulled off.🌞 Laundry rooms work best when there is a space for everything because so much can be kept in here. It also gets a lot of use from EVERYONE in the family since everyone in the family wears clothes.🙂 ✨When you have a tight space always remember that the door can hold double duty and is a perfect place for an Elfa over the door rack. This Elfa can be customized and comes in different styles too! Putting things away may take time in the moment, but in the long run it saves you so much time. Didn’t we all dream of owning a label maker when we were younger?! When you attach a reason to something it makes it easier to find a home for it. If you have a home for everything it makes it easier to stay on top of organizing and keep the overwhelm at bay.
